Maplewood Home Builders is a specialized niche builder. All we do is new construction and we focus exclusively on single story ranch homes. We offer a selection of standard floorplans and, since all our houses are stick-built, we are able to customize these plans to meet your needs. Amazingly, our homes are typically built in 90 to 120 days. Unlike any other builder, we routinely turn down contracts to build large elaborate homes so we can remain focused on the one thing we do really well.

Sometimes, building a new home from scratch can seem like an overwhelming undertaking, but not with Maplewood Home Builders. You start by simply selecting a floorplan that meets your needs form our portfolio. (If none match exactly what you want, they can be modified) Then we meet in our showroom to select flooring, siding, roofing, etc., and any other special touches. If you need to find land to build on, we can help you there, and we even help you through the mortgage approval process. After that, just sit back and relax and let us handle all the stress. We take care of everything – all the permits, inspections, scheduling headaches – you name it!

At Maplewood Home Builders, we are not only building houses, we are building a reputation. This means we strive to go to above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your happiness. Before we sign a contract, we spend as much time as necessary to make you comfortable with the process and get your home design just right. While it’s under construction, you are kept “in-the-loop” on everything that goes on and are in regular communication with us. And perhaps most importantly, once your home is complete, we don’t “disappear,” so you have the peace of mind of knowing that if something goes wrong we will be there to help you out.
